Balsall Common Festival Saturday 24th, 12.30pm – 9.30pm By the community for the community. That’s the spirit and ethos of this annual event and the basis by which residents, local businesses and people from local clubs and charities come together to bring it to life. The Festival’s primary aim is to put on an event for all the community which brings people together for a Festival of fun, leisure, sports and entertainment, then distribute any operating surplus to local causes. There will be range of different activities and entertainment for the whole family including: A Fete – with over 50 stalls, there is something for all the family. Many local charitable organisations will be promoting the important work that they do. The Kidz Zone has a wide range of activities to keep them amused all afternoon! Food and drink outlets with Street Food scenes around the Main Stage area. The Country Market will be supplying the refreshment tent as usual with teas and delicious homemade goodies. Take your pick from tombolas and other games, quizzes and raffles. Party in the Park will take you through to 9pm where you will be able to listen and watch a variety of different music artists.
